Gun Laws Passed During 2023 Session Take Effect Oct 1st
The gun laws passed during the 2023 Session will take effect on October 1st of this year. Litigation pending in the Courts may alter the effective dates of some, but not all, provisions of the new laws. Senate Bill 1 will change the way all gun owners will be required to transport firearms.
